农村青年教育认知对职业发展的影响机理研究

摘要 本文考察了农村青年的教育认知对职业发展的影响,并进一步探讨教育选择在二者之间的中介效应。通过对山西省农村地区进行实地调研,使用SPSS、EQS对问卷数据进行分析,结果表明:我国农村青年的教育认知对其职业发展的影响呈显著正向效应,农村青年教育认知对教育选择的影响呈显著正向效应,教育选择在教育认知影响职业发展的关系中起到了部分中介作用。农村青年的教育认知程度将激发其是否选择继续接受教育或培训,最终影响到自身职业发展水平。 This paper investigates the impact of rural youth's educational cognition on career development ,and further explores the mediating effect of education choice between them. Based on field study in rural area of Shanxi Province,it applys SPSS and EQS to analyze questionnaire data. The results show that : educational cognition of rural youth in China has a significant positive effect on their career development, educational cognition of rural youth has a significant positive effect on e-ducation choice , education choice takes a part of mediating role in the relationship between educational cognition and career development. The educational cognition of rural youth stimulates whether they choose to sequentially accept education or train,and ultimately affects their career development level.
