摘要
目的:基于KANO模型,结合网络问卷调查归纳国内跑步类APP各功能项质量属性,分析其功能设计的价值,提出改进跑步类APP软件设计建议。方法:通过KNAO量表区分国内跑步类APP功能中的魅力属性、期望属性、基本属性、无关属性和逆向属性,根据各类质量属性分析其功能需求,计算用户满意度提升指数SII与用户不满意度降低指数DDI,判断各功能对用户满意度的影响程度。结果:发现GPS定位、显示运动路线图、语音播报、统计步数、规划跑步路线等5个功能为跑步类APP的期望质量属性,运动社区、科学训练计划、目标管理、运动百科、线上赛事等5个功能为跑步类APP的魅力质量属性,其余15个功能为无差异质量属性。结论:国内跑步类APP提供的规划跑步路线功能能够最大程度地提高用户满意度和降低用户不满意度,设计者需要把握用户隐性需求,精简功能,提供差异化服务。
Objective To summarize the functional quality attributes of domestic running APPs based on the KANO model combined with questionnaire investigation and analyze the design value of their functions with suggestions proposed for improving their software design. Methods The charm functional attributes, expected attributes, basic attributes, irrelevant attributes and reverse attributes of domestic running APPs were compared according to the KANO Scale. The functional demands of domestic running APPS were analyzed according to their different quality attributes. The improved satisfaction index (SⅡ) and the decreased dissatisfaction index (DD1) of users were calculated. The effect of different domestic running APP functions on the satisfaction of users was assessed. Results The GPS positioning, exercise route map displaying, voice broadcasting, statistical steps and planned running route were the expected quality attributes of domestic running APPs. The sports community, scientific training plan, goal management, sports encyclopedia and online games were the charm quality attributes of domestic running APPs. The remaining 15 functions were the non-differential quality attributes of domestic running APPs. Conclusion The planned running route provided by domestic running APPs can significantly increase the satisfaction and decrease the dissatis faction of users, the software designers should thus simplify the functions of domestic running APPs and provide differential service for the users according to their recessive needs.
