摘要
目的:探讨Teach-back在跟骨骨折患者术后功能锻炼指导中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年11月~2018年8月足踝外科收治的92例符合纳入标准的跟骨骨折患者为研究对象,按入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规方法指导功能锻炼,观察组应用Teach-back指导功能锻炼。比较两组功能锻炼正确率、依从性、满意率、住院时间、并发症发生情况及踝-后足评分。结果:对照组失访2例,最终纳入42例,随访(3.283±0.197)个月;观察组失访3例,最终纳入45例,随访(3.296±0.182)个月。观察组功能锻炼正确率、依从性、满意率、踝-后足评分均优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Teach-back可提高跟骨骨折患者术后功能锻炼的正确率和依从性,提升患者满意率,减少并发症的发生,改善患足功能。
Objective:To explore the application effect of Teach-back in postoperative functional exercise guidance for patients with calcaneal fracture.Methods:A total of 92 patients with calcaneal fractures admitted to the department of foot and ankle surgery from November 2017 to August 2018 who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission.In the control group,routine methods were used to guide functional exercise,and in the observation group,Teach-back was used to guide functional exercise.Functional exercise accuracy,compliance,satisfaction rate,length of hospital stay,complications and ankle-hind foot scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The control group lost 2 cases of follow-up,the final inclusion is 42 cases,and follow-up period was for(3.283±0.197)months;Three cases were lost to the observation group,and 45 cases were finally included.The follow-up period was(3.296±0.182)months.The accuracy rate,compliance,satisfaction rate and ankle-hind foot score of functional exercise in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the complications rate were less than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Teach-back can improve the accuracy and compliance of postoperative functional exercise in patients with calcaneal fracture,improve the satisfaction rate of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the function of sick foot.
