摘要
对道路沥青生产方法进行分析比较,提出了调合工艺是生产硬质道路石油沥青的优选方法;以代号为B的减压渣油为原料,采用溶剂脱沥青工艺制备的脱油沥青具有良好的高温性能改善效果,通用性好;室内混合料性能评价结果,与天然湖沥青的改性沥青相比,所制备的硬质道路石油沥青混合料具有良好的高低温性能。
The blending process was selected as production technology for hard pavement bitumen by analyzing characteristics of different producing technology. Vacuum residue B was used to feed Solvent Deasphalting unit to prepare de-oiled asphalt which can be used as hard component in blending process. De-oiled asphalt can improve the high temperature performance of the base asphalt and have good feasibilities.Compared with natural lake bitumen modified asphalt, this hard pavement asphalt mixture also has better high-low temperature performance.
