摘要
目的分析铅接触工人血铅水平对职业健康检查指标的影响。方法选取某企业的286名铅接触工人作为研究对象,均对其进行血铅水平检测和职业健康检查,分析不同车间、性别铅接触工人的血铅水平超标情况以及不同血铅水平工人的职业健康检查指标情况。结果装配车间血铅水平超标率显著高于行政车间和充电车间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);充电车间血铅水平超标率显著高于行政车间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性血铅水平超标率显著高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血铅水平未超标者的职业健康检查指标优于血铅水平超标及慢性铅中毒者,血铅水平超标者的职业健康检查指标优于慢性铅中毒者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负责装配的工人血铅超标情况较严重,超标人群以男性为主,血铅水平超标可对其职业健康检查指标造成影响,且超标情况越严重则影响越大。
Objective To analyze the effect of blood lead level on occupational health examination indicators in lead exposed workers. Methods A total of 286 lead exposed workers in a certain enterprise were selected as study objects, and their blood lead levels and occupational health indicators were examined. The blood lead levels of lead exposed workers in different workshops and genders and the occupational health examination indicators of workers with different blood lead levels were analyzed. Results The over-standard rate of blood lead level in the assembly workshop was significantly higher than that of the administrative workshop and the charging workshop, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The over-standard rate of blood lead level in the charging workshop was significantly higher than that of the administrative workshop,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The over-standard rate of blood lead level in male was significantly higher than that of the female(P<0.05). The occupational health examination indicators of the patients with non-excessive blood lead level were better than those with excessive blood lead level and chronic lead poisoning, and the occupational health examination indicators of the patients with excessive blood lead level were better than those with chronic lead poisoning, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The workers in charge of assembly have a relatively serious situation of excessive blood lead, and most of them are male. Over-standard blood lead level can affect occupational health examination indicators, and the more severe situation, the greater impact.
