摘要
目的研究手术室护理配合在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中的应用价值。方法选取在我院行宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术的患者200例,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(手术室护理配合)与对照组(常规护理),各100例。比较两组护理前、后生活质量评分、护理质量评分、临床指标、并发症发生情况及护理效果。结果护理后,研究组患者社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能与物质功能评分高于护理前与对照组(P<0.05)。研究组服务意识、专科操作能力、工作责任心、解决问题能力、专科知识学习能力及文书整理能力评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,护理总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理配合能有效改善行宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者的生活质量,显著提高整体护理质量,缩短患者手术与住院时间,减少术中出血量,降低患者术后并发症发生率,促进其病情早期康复,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the application value of operating room nursing cooperation in hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy. Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy in our hospital were selected and divided into study group(operation room nursing cooperation) and control group(routine nursing) according to random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The quality of life scores before and after nursing, nursing quality scores, clinical indicators, complications and nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of social function, physical function, psychological function and material function in the study group were higher than those in the control group and before nursing(P <0.05). The scores of service consciousness, specialty operation ability, work responsibility, problem solving ability, specialty knowledge learning ability and document collation ability of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). The operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the total effective rate of nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Operating room nursing cooperation in patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and the overall quality of nursing, shorten the operation and hospitalization time of patients, reduce intraoperative bleeding volume, decrease the incidence of complications after operation and promote early recovery of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
