摘要
目的分析麻杏石甘汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎的临床效果及对患儿家属满意度的影响。方法选择我院儿科2016年5月至2018年5月收治的支原体肺炎患儿60例,按照入院顺序奇偶性将患儿分为对照组(30例,采用阿奇霉素治疗)与研究组(30例,阿奇霉素联合麻杏石甘汤加减治疗)。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、炎症因子水平、临床症状消失时间、中医证候积分及患儿家属满意度。结果研究组患儿的临床治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的TNF-α、IL-8、IL-6、CRP水平均降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肺部音、咳嗽、发热消失时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的中医证候积分均降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤加减与阿奇霉素联合可有效改善支原体肺炎患儿临床症状,减轻炎症反应,疗效显著,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Maxing Shigan decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children and its influence on family members' satisfaction. Methods From May 2016 to May 2018, 60 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group (30 cases, treated with azithromycin) and study group (30 cases, treated with modified Maxing Shigan decoction combined with azithromycin) according to the parity of admission order. The clinical efficacy, levels of inflammatory factors, clinical symptoms disappeared time, TCM syndrome scores and family members' satisfaction of children of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-8, IL-6 and CRP in the two group decreased, and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of pulmonary rales, coughs and fever in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased, and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The family members' satisfaction in the study group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The modified Maxing Shigan decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children, ease the inflammatory response, with significant curative effect, which is worth learning.
