摘要
自20世纪80年代以来,地膜覆盖技术开始被广泛应用于各类农作物的种植及栽培过程中。以棉花种植为主要农作物的新疆地区也在大规模地使用地膜覆盖技术。但是采用这种特殊的种植栽培方式后,机器在采摘棉花的过程中容易掺入残留地膜杂质,使得籽棉的纯净率严重降低,因此一种机采籽棉残膜分离机应运而生。本设计为一种机采籽棉残膜识别分离的软件系统,该软件系统极大程度地方便了使用者对分离机分离过程的实时监控与检测,软件系统设置有运输系统、图像处理、辨识系统以及工作日志四大基本信息采集记录模块,并且对应模块皆设置有相应参数的修改调整功能,便于使用。该软件系统具有十分广阔的发展和应用前景,在一定程度上减轻了人工分拣的劳动强度,并有效地提高了籽棉残膜的分离效率和质量。
Since the 1980s,plastic film mulching technology has been widely used in the planting and cultivation of various crops.The technology is also used on a large scale in Xinjiang,where cotton is a main crop.However,by adopting this special planting and cultivation method,residual impurities of plastic film are easily mixed into the process of picking cotton by machines,seriously reduing the purity rate of seed cotton.Therefore,a machine for seed cotton and residue separation appeared at the right moment.In this paper,a kind of software system for machine-harvested seed cotton and residue film identification and separation is designed,which has significantly facilitated user's real-time monitoring and detection of the separator's separation process.The software system has four basic information collection modules,i.e.transportation system,image processing,recognition system and working log,and the corresponding modules have corresponding parameter modification and adjustment functions,easy to use.The software system has a very broad development and application prospects,and can to a certain extent reduce the labor intensity of manual sorting,and effectively improve the seed cotton and residue film separation efficiency.
