摘要
采用混合酸分解样品,王水溶液提取,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中的锰含量。经有证标准土壤样品验证,在分析波长为259.372nm,锰的检出限为1.77μg/g,测定下限为7.08μg/g,准确度为1.14%~3.13%,精密度(RSD,n=6)为1.49%~3.44%,该方法分解样品简单快捷,测试结果准确,满足土壤污染详查的分析检测要求,适于土壤中锰的快速、准确的测定。
The mixed acid was used to decompose the sample,the aqueous solution was extracted,and the manganese content in the soil was determined by inductively coupled plasma Optical emission spectrometry.The certified soil samples were verified to have a detection wavelength of 259.372 nm,the detection limit of manganese was 1.77 μg/g,the lower limit of determination was 7.08 μg/g,the accuracy was 1.14% to 3.13%,and the precision(RSD,n=6)was 1.49%~3.44%,the method is simple and quick to decompose the sample,the test result is accurate,meets the analysis and detection requirements of the detailed investigation of soil pollution,and is suitable for the rapid and accurate determination of manganese in the soil.
