摘要 采用混合酸分解样品,稀硝酸溶液提取,ICP-MS法分析测定土壤中的锡。经有证国家标准土壤样品验证,本方法的精密度(RSD,n=6)为0.90%~2.51%,准确度为0.38%~7.50%,检出限为0.24μg/g,测定下限为0.96μg/g,该方法样品处理过程简单快捷,分析检测的结果准确,满足土壤污染详查的分析检测要求,适于土壤中锡的快速、准确的测定。 The mixed acid was used to decompose the sample,the dilute nitric acid solution was extracted,and the tin content in the soil was determined by ICP-MS.The certified soil samples were verified,the precision(RSD,n=6)was 0.90%~2.51%,and the accuracy was 1.14% to 3.13%,the detection limit of manganese was 0.24 μg/g,the lower limit of determination was 0.96 μg/g,the method is simple and quick to decompose the sample,the test result is accurate,meets the analysis and detection requirements of the detailed investigation of soil pollution,and is suitable for the rapid and accurate determination of tin in the soil.
