低阶厚煤层立体分层抽采瓦斯技术及应用 被引量:5

摘要 低煤阶煤层气资源受到了越来越多的关注,有望成为新的研究热点和煤层气勘探开发新领域。基于神东煤炭集团保德煤矿主采的8号煤层属典型的结构复杂低阶厚煤层的特点,开展了低阶厚煤层立体分层抽采瓦斯技术的研究。通过对矿井原有封孔工艺的改进,应用煤矿井下钻孔抽采瓦斯效果预测平台,优化8号煤层回采工作面瓦斯预抽钻孔的布孔工艺,进一步应用井下双向立体交错钻孔联合抽采瓦斯工艺实施回采前的工作面瓦斯治理,使之形成立体分层抽采瓦斯的格局。工程应用结果表明,应用低阶厚煤层立体抽采瓦斯技术可有效降低煤层瓦斯含量,使工作面实现回采前的瓦斯抽采达标。试验期间,累计抽采瓦斯量1 651.93万m^3,瓦斯的预抽率达58.96%。 Low rank coalbed methane resources have attracted more and more attention,and are expected to become a new research hotspot and a new field of coalbed methane exploration and development.Based on the characteristics of No.8 coal seam in Baode Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Group,which is a typical low-rank thick coal seam with complex structure,the gas extraction technology of low-rank thick coal seam by three-dimensional stratification was studied.Through the improvement of the original sealing technology,the gas drainage effect prediction platform was applied to optimize the hole layout technology of gas pre-drainage boreholes in No.8 coal seam mining face,and the gas control of the working face before mining is further implemented by the underground two-way and three-dimensional staggered boreholes combined with gas drainage technology.Engineering application results showed that,the application of low-rank thick coal seam stereoscopic gas extraction technology can effectively reduce the gas content of coal seam,and make the face meet the gas extraction standards before mining.During the test period,the total gas extraction amount was 16 519.3 thousand cubic metre,and the pre extraction rate of gas was 58.96%.
