摘要
近年来,随着国家电网及南方电网对数字化、智能化电网的要求越来越高,传统的输电线路二维设计已经不能满足要求,随着5G时代的到来,三维数字化设计被提上日程。三维数字化设计技术是以高精度影像、DEM、地理信息等数据为基础,以三维精细化模型为依托,利用航测、三维可视化等技术,结合地理信息和工程信息,以三维数字化的形式,整合输电线路走廊的地形地貌信息和建设过程数据,通过构建真实的三维现场环境,面向输电线路勘测设计、施工、数字化移交、运行维护等提供服务,以达到优化设计,减少投资,方便施工,节约运维成本。
In recent years, with the increasing requirement for digital and intelligent power grids from the Southern Power Grid and stafe grid, the traditional two-dimensional design of transmission lines can no longer meet the requirement. With the advent of 5G era, three-dimensional digital design has been put on the agenda. Three - dimensional digital design technology is based on high-precision images, DEM, geographic information and other data, relied on three-dimensional refined models, by using aerial survey, three-dimensional visualization and other technologies, and combines with geographic information and engineering information, to integrate topographic and geomorphic information and construction process data of transmission line corridors by the three-dimensional digitization. Through the construction of a real three-dimensional field environment, services are provided for transmission line survey and design, construction, digital handover, operation and maintenance, so as to achieve the purposes of optimizing design, reducing investment, facilitating construction and saving operation and maintenance costs.
