摘要 中国的医疗环境与医疗水平在逐年提高,但是医疗资源依旧是短缺资源,中国的顶级医疗队伍都集中在大城市、大医院中,我国的县级医院发展相对滞后,县级医院是连接乡村医院和城市医院的重要纽带,当县级医院的纽带作用发挥不好,没有相应的人才储备,没有高端技术人才,就会造成医疗资源的极度短缺,大量病人集中去数量较少的省会医院,形成小医院没人去,大医院进不去的资源分配不合理局面。医院人才是医疗水平的最直接体现,本文通过对县级综合医院的人才情况进行分析,找出县级医院存在的问题,帮助解决县级综合医院留住人才、培养人才的一系列问题。 China’s medical environment and medical level are improving year by year, but medical resources are still scarce. China’s top medical teams are concentrated in big cities and hospitals. The development of county general hospitals in China is relatively lagging behind. County general hospitals are an important link between rural clinics and urban hospitals. When county hospitals do not play an adequate linking role, lack of talent reserve and high-end technical personnel will result in the extreme shortage of medical resources. A large number of patients will go to provincial hospitals and thus result in the unreasonable allocation of medical resources. Hospital talents are the most direct manifestation of medical level. In this paper, we analyzed the situation of talents in county-level general hospitals and found out the problems existing in county-level hospitals so as to help solve a series of problems of retaining talents and training talents in county-level general hospitals.
