摘要
我国再生医学的教学体系尚不完善,为了适应教育服务与复合型人才培养要求,该文以国际化教育教学理论为基础,从师资队伍、学术交流、人才培养三方面探讨再生医学人才建设的规划。
The teaching system of regenerative medicine in China is still not perfect. In order to meet the requirements of educational service and compound talent training, this paper explores the construction of regenerative medicine talents from three aspects: faculty, academic exchange and talent training planning.
