摘要
针对蒙东地区多条220kV线路发生的直线塔故障、分支塔引流线风偏、耐张塔中线引流线风偏等故障进行分析,认为故障主要原因为线路设计不满足实际要求。并提出相应的风偏预防及治理措施,如220kV单回输电线路干字塔中线采用硬质挑担加重锤,单回路杆塔进行输电线路换位,提高分支塔引流线的防风设计标准配置等,以预防直线塔、耐张塔及换位塔发生风偏故障,提高输电线路的抗风能力。
Based on the analysis of the causes of linear tower fault,branch tower diversion line wind deviation and middle line diversion line wind deviation of tension tower occurred in many 220 kV lines in the east of Mongolia.It is concluded that the main reason for the wind deviation trip fault of 220 kV transmission line was that the line design could not meet the actual requirements.The corresponding measures for wind deviation control were proposed,such as 220 kV single loop transmission outline tower center with using rigid supports and counter weight,single loop tower for transmission line transposing to improve the standard configuration of wind protection design of branch tower diversion line,etc.,to prevent the straight tower,tension-resistant tower and transposing tower from wind deviation fault and improve the wind resistance of transmission line.
