基于配电网自动化系统的10 kV线路继电保护整定计算 被引量:19

摘要 配电网自动化线路涉及3个及以上开关的保护整定,若每个开关设置一级保护,将存在保护时限紧张无法配合的问题。由于常规10kV线路两段式过流保护0s/0.3s时限不能满足配电网自动化线路多级开关保护时限配合的要求,因此提出分级整定的方案,将配电网多个开关按保护安装位置及接带负荷性质划分为三级进行整定。最后结合工程实例进行分析计算,验证了该方案的准确性与有效性,可保证继电保护动作的选择性,进一步提高供电可靠性。 The distribution automatic wiring will involve the protection setting of three or more switches.If each switch is set with one level protection,the protection time limit will be tight.The time limit(0 s/0.3 s)of two-stage over-current protection of conventional 10 kV line is obviously unable to meet the coordination relation of multi-level switch protection of distribution network automation line.Therefore,the setting scheme of 10 kV line relay protection based on distribution network automation system is formulated:the concept of hierarchical setting is proposed,that is,the multiple switches of distribution network are divided into three levels according to the protection installation position and the reception load property.Finally,the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed relay protection setting scheme of 10 kV line based on distribution network automation system are verified by analysis and calculation with an engineering example.The scheme ensures the selectivity of relay protection and improves the reliability of power supply.
