摘要
随着我国医改政策的不断推进,全民医保的规模将继续扩大,近年来,我国政府加大了对于居民生命健康保障的投入,随之而来的是医药流通市场的规模也不断扩大,医药的销售也呈现逐年增长趋势,医药物流业的发展也是如火如荼。医药物流仓储管理在医药物流行业的整体运营以及效益提升方面有着重要的作用,在医药的采购与生产、生产与销售之间起着不可取代的作用。文中通过分析医药物流仓储管理的内容,指出了目前现代医药物流仓储管理存在的问题,并根据问题提出了相关的管理策略。
With the advancement of healthcare reform policy in China,the scale of the universal health care will continue to expand,in recent years,our government has stepped up to the residents life and health security,followed by medicine circulation market scale is constantly expanding,pharmaceutical sales also showed a trend of increased year by year,the development of pharmaceutical logistics industry is also in full swing.Pharmaceutical logistics warehouse management plays an important role in the overall operation and efficiency improvement of the pharmaceutical logistics industry,and plays an irreplaceable role in the procurement and production of pharmaceuticals,production and sales.Based on the analysis of the content of warehouse management of pharmaceutical logistics,the paper points out the problems existing in the warehouse management of modern pharmaceutical logistics,and puts forward relevant management strategies according to the problems.
