飞机翼身接头模具设计及等温锻造工艺模拟 被引量:1

摘要 利用Pro/E软件进行了飞机翼身接头锻件设计及模具三维造型,通过QForm2D/3D仿真平台对7085铝合金翼身接头缩比件进行等温锻造成形工艺模拟试验,获得了锻件的应力场、应变场、温度场、最大载荷和锻件成形过程金属流动规律,并优化了工艺方案,即在锻造温度为450℃和液压机下压速度为0.2mm/s时,保证飞机翼身接头缩比件充填完好,从而有效避免出现涡流、折叠以及穿流等缺陷问题。 The design of forgings and three-dimensional modeling of aircraft wing joints were carried out by Pro/E software.The isothermal forging process of the 7085 aluminum alloy wing joints was simulated by QForm2D/3D simulation platform.The stress field and strain of the forgings were obtained. Field,temperature field, maximum load and metal flow law in forging forming process, and optimize the process plan, that is, when the forging temperature is 450 ° C and the hydraulic press speed is 0.2 mm/s, the aircraft wing joint shrinkage parts are filled well.Therefore, it effectively avoids defects such as eddy currents,folding, and throughflow.
