摘要
伴随我国工业事业发展,数控车削技术应用范围不断扩大。在作业过程中,数控车削技术具有操作方便、节省劳动力以及高效率等优点。但在实际精车过程中,仍然存在一定问题。立足于车削蜗杆工艺,从粗车、半精车以及精车三个环节,对普通车床加工蜗杆车削技巧进行研究。希望通过本文论述,能够提高车削速度以及准确性。
With the development of China’s industrial undertakings, the application range of CNC turning technology continues to expand. In the course of operation, CNC turning technology has the advantages of convenient operation, labor saving and high efficiency. However, in the actual finishing process, there are still certain problems. Based on the turning worm technology,we study the turning technology of ordinary lathe machining from three aspects: roughing, semi-finishing and finishing. I hope that through the discussion of this article, the turning speed and accuracy can be improved.
