摘要
选取2015年1月—2016年12月本院收治的72例分化型甲状腺癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。两组患者均行甲状腺全切术或次全切除术,且甲状腺扫描清除成功。对照组给予甲状腺激素替代疗法,观察组采用促甲状腺激素抑制疗法。对比监测两组血清FT3、FT4水平和用药后不良反应,同时对比两组治疗1年后复发率、转移率。治疗后,对照组血清FT3(3. 86±1. 29pmol/L),FT4(10. 81±2. 11 pmol/L)水平显著低于观察组(4. 41±1. 26 pmol/L、13. 31±0. 24 pmol/L),且观察组不良反应发生率(5. 56%,2/36)显著低于对照组(16. 67%,6/36),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组复发率(2. 78%,1/36)显著低于对照组(13. 89%,5/36),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。说明分化型甲状腺癌术后采用促甲状腺激素抑制疗法,可有效改善FT3、FT4水平,且降低复发率,临床应用安全可靠。
72 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,36 cases in each group.Total thyroidectomy or subtotal thyroidectomy were performed in both groups,and thyroid scanning was successful.The control group was treated with thyroid hormone replacement therapy,while the observation group was treated with thyrotropin inhibition therapy.Serum FT3,FT4 levels and adverse reactions were monitored and compared between two groups.At the same time,the recurrence rate and metastasis rate after one-year treatment were compared between two groups.After treatment,the levels of serum FT3(3.86±1.29 pmol/L)and FT4(10.81±2.11 pmol/L)in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group(4.41±1.26 pmol/L and 13.31±0.24 pmol/L),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.56%,2/36)was significantly lower than that in control group(16.67%,6/36),with significant difference(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in observation group(2.78%,1/36)was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.89%,5/36),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is concluded that thyrotropin inhibitory therapy can effectively improve the levels of FT3 and FT4 and reduce the recurrence rate of differentiated thyroid cancer after operation.It is safe and reliable in clinical application.
