摘要 随着"一带一路"建设的深入推进,相关国家对汉语学习的需求不断提升,把汉语国际传播纳入"一带一路"框架是一项十分紧迫的任务。本文透过语言经济学的研究视角,对汉语国际传播的现状与问题、政策与策略进行初步分析,力求使汉语国际传播更好地助力"一带一路"建设提供思路。 The essence of “the Belt and Road” lies in connectivity, and language communication is its premise and foundation. With the in-depth development of “the Belt and Road”, the demand for Chinese learning in relevant countries is constantly improving, and it is an urgent task to bring Chinese international communication into the “the Belt and Road” framework. Looking around the world, international language communication is closely related to the rise of great powers. All great powers have made a lot of investment and unremitting efforts in spreading their own languages, which has increasingly expanded the influence of local languages in the world and also explored many successful experiences in the long-term practice of language promotion. From the perspective of linguistic economics, this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the current situation, problems, policies and strategies of Chinese international communication, in an attempt to make Chinese international communication better facilitate the construction of “the Belt and Road”.
