摘要
当前不少地方本科院校对英语师范生的职前培养存在重英语语言知识学习、轻教师职业技能实践培养的问题,以致毕业生职业技能欠缺,难以达到招聘单位的用人标准,面临就业困难。为此,地方本科院校应该优化师范生课程设置、拓宽职业技能实践机会,加强师资队伍建设,完善评价体系,从而保障英语师范生在本科学习阶段获得将来胜任教师岗位的职业技能,以适应现代社会发展对中小学英语教师的需求。
At present,many local undergraduate colleges and universities attach importance to English language knowledge and neglect teaching skills training and practice of pre-service English normal students.As a result,graduates lack professional skills,fail to meet the recruitment standards and face employment difficulties.For this purpose,local undergraduate colleges and universities should optimize students’courses,broaden opportunities to practice students’professional skills,strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve evaluation system,so as to guarantee English normal students can obtain professional skills in the undergraduate stage to competent for the teaching jobs in the future,and adapt to the needs of development of modern society demand for primary and secondary school English teachers.
