摘要
本文介绍分析了目前常见的电沉积CuIn_xGa_(1-x)Se_2(CIGS)薄膜的方法以及研究进展。电沉积可连续制备高质量CIGS薄膜,具有成本低廉、多元、低温、高效率等特点。在离子液体体系中通过恒电势电沉积可得到致密、接近理想化学计量比的CIGS前驱薄膜,氢-氩气气氛下热处理后可得到结晶良好、纯净的CIGS薄膜。
In this paper,the research progress on electrodepositing CIGS thin films was described.Electrodeposition can be used to continuously prepare high-quality CIGS films,which has the advantage of low cost,multiple,low temperature and high efficiency.In the ionic liquid system,CIGS precursor films with a compact and nearly ideal stoichiometric ratio can be obtained by electrodeposition at constant potential,and CIGS thin films with good crystal purity can be obtained by heat treatment in the atmosphere of hydro-argon.
