摘要
精细化工生产中大量使用到氯甲烷作为甲基化剂,反应后的氯甲烷尾气处理一直是环保难题,含氯废气焚烧对焚烧炉要求非常高,所以从工艺角度研究一种氯甲烷尾气的处理措施对企业降低成本,实现达标排放、清洁生产具有非常重要的意义。所以本文对氯甲烷尾气处理工艺与措施进行深入研究,对低沸点、高蒸气压化工原料尾气处理提供借鉴,具有重要意义。
chloromethane is widely used as methylating agent in fine chemical production.The treatment of chloromethane tail gas after reaction has always been a difficult problem for environmental protection,and the incineration of waste gas containing chlorine has very high requirements for incinerators.Therefore,it is very important for enterprises to reduce the cost,achieve the standard of emission and clean production to study a treatment measure of chloromethane tail gas from the point of view of technology.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the treatment process and measures of chloromethane tail gas,which can provide a reference for the treatment of chemical feedstock tail gas with low boiling point and high vapor pressure.
