摘要
生产促进剂M产生的萃取液,通过浓缩、双氧水直接氧化、蒸馏等步骤得到产品苯并噻唑,收率11.96%,纯度98.95%。最佳实验条件:浓缩倍率为8,氧化剂比例(双氧水/萃取液)4倍,反应时间8 h,反应温度60℃。本工艺不经过氢氧化钠溶解过滤操作直接用双氧水氧化,原料本身含有甲苯而省去甲苯萃取步骤,简化工艺流程,节约大量成本,同时废水含盐量大大降低,后续处理较容易。
Benzothiazole was prepared from toluene extract derived from synthesizing accelerator M,by concentration,hydrogen peroxide,and distillation,with a yield of 11.96% and a purity of 98.95%.The optimal reaction conditions were established as follows:concentration ratio was 8, m (H 2O 2)∶ m (extract)=4 ∶1,the reaction time was 8 h and the reaction temperature was 60 ℃.This process was not dissolved by sodium hydroxide,not filtered from the solution,oxidized with hydrogen peroxide directly,and eliminating toluene extraction process,since the material itself contains toluene.Therefore,the technological process was simplified,a lot cost was saved,and the salinity of waste water is greatly reduced at the same time,the subsequent processing will become very easy.
