摘要
目的:研究利敏舒治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎237例的临床效果。方法:收治常年性过敏性鼻炎患者237例,均采用利敏舒治疗。观察患者的治疗效果及不良反应情况,并比较其治疗前后的症状体征评分以及血清IFN-γ、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果:患者的治疗总有效率为94.34%。治疗后,观察组的鼻塞、眼痒、流泪、憋气、压榨感等评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),IFN-γ水平明显高于治疗前,IL-4、IL-6水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。患者未出现口干、嗜睡、头痛、乏力等不良反应。结论:利敏舒治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎临床效果显著,改善患者临床症状体征和血清相关因子水平效果显著,且无不良反应,安全性较高。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of 237 cases of chronic allergic rhinitis treated with liminshu.Methods:237 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were selected,they were all treated with liinshu after admission.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the patients were observed,and the symptom and signs score of the patients before and after treatment,as well as the levels of serum IFN-γ,interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin(IL-6)levels were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 94.34%.After treatment,the scores of nasal obstruction,eye itch,tears,choking and squeezing in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of IFN-γwas higher than that before treatment,the levels of IL-4、IL-6 were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions,such as dry mouth,drowsiness,headache and fatigue.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Liminshu in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis was significant,and the effect of improving the clinical symptoms and signs and serum related factors of the patients was significant,with no adverse reactions,which has high safety.
