摘要
为实现北京市大兴区农村饮水的提质增效目标,本研究从北京市大大兴区的现状供水设施、结构及用水量等方面开展了研究,结果表明大兴区现状供水工程以地下水为供水水源,一方面水资源条件难以满足区域发展需求,另一方面供水设施规模较小,布局分散,难以管理,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决方案:(1)推进城乡供水一体化建设,积极利用外调水资源;(2)远近结合,在稳步推进城乡供水一体化建设的同时,优先安排解决农村急需解决的供水问题。本研究旨在为今后北京市大兴区饮水的提质增效方案的制定提供参考和依据,同时可为解决同类农村地区供水提供借鉴。
In order to achieve the goal of improving the quality and efficiency of rural drinking water in Daxing District of Beijing, this paper studied the present situation of water supply facilities, structure and water consumption in Daxing District of Beijing. The results showed that the present water supply project in Daxing District took groundwater as its water source. On the one hand, the water resources conditions were difficult to meet the needs of regional development, on the other hand, it was difficult to meet the needs of regional development. The present situation of water supply facilities was small in scale, scattered in layout and difficult to manage. On this basis, the corresponding solutions were put forward:(1) promoting the integration of urban and rural water supply, actively utilizing water resources from outside;(2) combining near and far, steadily promoting the integration of urban and rural water supply, while giving priority to solve urgent rural needs, the problem of water supply. The purpose of this paper was to provide reference and basis for the formulation of the scheme of improving drinking water quality and increasing efficiency in Daxing District in the future, and to provide reference for the solution of rural water supply in similar areas.
