摘要
以二元碱度为变量,通过调整配矿方案,研究了不同碱度下,烧结矿的显微组织及低温还原粉化指数的变化。结果表明,随着烧结矿碱度的增加,其低温还原粉化指数先升高后降低;当碱度为1.79~2.18时,烧结矿的物相组成为单一且性能良好的针状铁酸钙,低温还原粉化指数RDI_(+3.15)较高。实际生产中,可按此碱度范围进行配矿。
With binary basicity as variable, the changes of sinter microstructure and RDI index under different basicity were studied by adjusting the ore allocation scheme. The results show that the RDI index first increases and then decreases with the increasing of sinter basicity. When the basicity is 1.79~2.18, the phase composition of sinter is a single acicular calcium ferrite with good properties, and the index RDI +3.15 is higher. In actual production, ore blending can be carried out according to this alkalinity range.
