摘要
目的探讨基于微信的适时教学模式在手术室新入职护士培训中的应用效果。方法选择2015年7月—2017年7月于我院手术室新入职护士共84名作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各42人。对照组通过常规多媒体教学模式进行入职培训,观察组通过基于微信的适时教学(JiTT)模式进行入职培训,培训结束后通过理论考试、技能操作考试进行培训结果评定,比较两组人员培训结果 ;做培训方式肯定度调查,比较两组人员对不同培训方式的肯定程度。结果入职时,两组学员理论测验、技能操作测验结果比较,差异不具统计学意义(P> 0.05);培训后,观察组两项得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组总肯定度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论基于微信的JiTT模式可提高新进护士理论知识水平及操作技能水平,且可随时随地开展培训,其可操作度高、灵活性好,是值得推广的手术室新入职人员培训方法。
Objective To explore the application effect of the timely teaching mode based on WeChat in the new nurse training in the operating room.Methods A total of 84 newly recruited nurses from July 2015 to July 2017 in operating rooms of our hospital were selected as the subjects of study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,42 newly recruited nurses in each group.The control group received induction training through conventional multimedia teaching mode.The observation group received induction training through the JiTT model based on WeChat.At the end of the training,the results of the training will be evaluated through theoretical examination and skill operation examination.The results of the two groups of personnel training were compared;a survey of the affirmation of training methods was taken out,and the affirmation of the two groups of personnel to different training methods was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the results of theoretical test and skill operation test between the two groups (P>0.05).After training,the scores of two items in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total affirmation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion JiTT model based on WeChat can improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of new nurses,and can carry out training anytime and anywhere.It has high maneuverability and flexibility.
