Effect of different anesthesia methods on perioperative inflammatory cytokines in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy

摘要 目的探讨不同麻醉方式对胃癌根治术患者围术期炎性细胞因子的影响。方法 2016年4月至2018年4月期间,将在本院接受胃癌根治术治疗患者64例作为资料,依据麻醉方式分组各32例,对照组为全身麻醉,观察组为硬膜外阻滞复合麻醉,观察两组不同时间段炎性细胞因子指标的变化。结果术后2 h和术后1 d观察组T淋巴细胞亚群指标逐渐恢复,且显著优于对照组(P<0.05);术后2 h和术后1 d观察组IL-6、IL-10逐渐恢复,且显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌根治术中实施硬膜外阻滞复合麻醉方式能够促使患者术后炎性细胞因子指标恢复,安全性更高,值得推广。
