摘要
云南某高钙型白钨矿石墨含量高,采用的重选和浮选联合工艺流程生产指标不理想,结合原矿性质,采用"预先脱硫脱碳—加温浮选"的全浮选闭路试验流程,在控制最佳流程参数的基础上获得了含WO_3 57.45%、回收率72.85%的钨粗精矿。研究结果可为同类矿物的浮选提供参考。
In view of the unsatisfactory production index of the re-election and flotation combined process of a high-calcium scheelite in Yunnan. This paper used the process of “Pre-desulfurization and decarburization, heating and one coarse and three fine three sweeps”. Finally, it obtained a tungsten coarse concentrate containing 57.45% WO 3 and a recovery rate of 72.85%, which provided support for the technical transformation of the enterprise.
