基于指纹图谱及化学识别模式的乌梅炮制品质量评价 被引量:4

Quality Evaluation of Different Processed Products of Mume Fructus Based on the Fingerprint Analysis and Chemical Pattern Recognition

摘要 目的建立并比较乌梅不同炮制品的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法指纹图谱。方法通过HPLC法测定乌梅不同炮制品的HPLC指纹图谱,运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版)和SPSS 22. 0统计软件进行相似度评价及主成分分析。结果通过指纹图谱与化学识别模式综合分析,乌梅不同炮制品均有25个指纹特征峰,乌梅及醋乌梅与对照指纹图谱相似度较高,乌梅炭相似度较低。结论该方法建立了乌梅不同炮制品的HPLC指纹图谱,稳定性良好,可为乌梅的质量控制及临床应用提供参考。 Objective To establish and compare the fingerprints of different processed products of Mume Fructus by HPLC.Methods The fingerprints of different processed products of Mume Fructus were determined by HPLC,the similarity was evaluated by the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine(version 2012),and the principal component analysis(PCA)was performed by the SPSS 22.0 software.Results According to the comprehensive analysis of fingerprint and chemical pattern recognition,25 fingerprint characteristic peaks were found in the different processed products of Mume Fructus,the similarity of Mume Fructus and Mume Fructus processed with vinegar was higher,but the similarity of charcoal of Mume Fructus was lower.Conclusion The fingerprints of the different processed products of Mume Fructus are established.The method is stable,and it can provide reference for quality control and clinical application of Mume Fructus.
