摘要
为满足天津市《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(DB 12/599—2015)的要求,某污水处理厂实施了提标改造工程。基于项目基本条件与要求,详细介绍了提标工程的工艺流程与设计,以及生化系统、磁絮凝系统、纤维转盘滤池等的调试效果。结果表明,生物膜法工艺能强化脱氮,"磁絮凝+纤维转盘过滤"组合工艺有良好的除磷、脱色、去除SS效果,污水厂出水所有指标均能达到其A标准。
In order to meet the requirements of Tianjin Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (DB 12/599-2015), the upgrading project was implemented in a wastewater treatment plant. Based on the basic conditions and requirements of the project, the process flow and design of upgrade were introduced in detail, also including the debugging effect including biochemical system, magnetic flocculation system, fiber rotary filter and so on. The results showed that the biological membrane process could enhance denitrification effect, and the combined process of magnetic flocculation and fiber rotary filter had good effects of phosphorus removal, decolorization and SS removal. All indexes of effluent from the treatment plant could meet A standard of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant .
