摘要
为了准确研究电动汽车的动力性能,依据汽车行驶方程、动力学方程等设计理论和对驱动系统的性能、布置要求,从整车加速性、爬坡、最高车速等设计指标进行了驱动系统的匹配,根据匹配结果对电机选型,并从电机外特性角度分析了整车加速时间。利用软件对整车动力系统的目标重新校核,结果符合整车动力性能目标。对选型后的整车动力性进行了测试,测试结果与整车需求目标高度吻合,为电动汽车动力性能匹配设计提供了参考。
In order to accurately study the power performance of electric vehicle,according to the design theory of vehicle driving equation and dynamic equation,and the performance and layout requirements of driving system,the matching of driving system is carried out from the design indexes of vehicle acceleration,climbing and maximum speed.According to the matching result,the motor type is selected,and the selected motor number is analyzed.The acceleration time of the whole vehicle is analyzed from the angle of the external characteristics of the motor.The goal of the whole vehicle power system is re-checked by software,and the result conforms to the goal of the vehicle power performance.The power performance of the selected vehicle is tested,and the test results are in line with the vehicle requirements,which provide a reference for the matching design of the power performance of electric vehicles.
