不同取代率再生混凝土基本力学性能试验研究 被引量:16

摘要 为研究不同取代率再生混凝土基本力学性能,应用液压伺服机和材料直剪仪对五种不同取代率再生混凝土分别进行受压、劈拉和剪切试验研究,得到不同加载方式下再生混凝土的破坏形态和应力-变形曲线,通过试验研究结果分析,主要得到以下结论:随着再生料取代率的提高,再生混凝土受压强度和劈拉强度均有明显逐步降低的趋势,剪切强度普遍高于普通混凝土;同时再生混凝土受压和劈拉强度对应变形随着再生料取代率的提高有一定的降低但变化较小,然而再生混凝土剪切强度对应变形相比于普通混凝土有一定的提高。试验结果对不同取代率再生混凝土的工程应用提供了基本理论依据。 In order to study the basic mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete with different substitution rates,the hydraulic servo machine and direct shear tester were used to study the compression,splitting and shearing of five kinds of recycled aggregate concrete with different substitution rates respectively.The results show that the compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength of recycled aggregate concrete decrease obviously with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled materials.At the same time,the shear strength of the recycled aggregate concrete is generally higher than that of ordinary concrete.At the same time,the corresponding deformation of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of recycled aggregate concrete decreases with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled materials,but the change of shear strength is less than that of ordinary concrete A certain increase.The test results provide basic theoretical basis for the engineering application of recycled aggregate concrete with different substitution rates.
