配方施肥对刨花润楠土壤养分、微生物生物量及酶活性的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Formulated Fertilization on Soil Nutrients, Microbial Biomass and Enzyme Activities of Machilus pauhoi

摘要 以刨花润楠(Machilus pauhoi)林为对象,进行氮、磷、钾配方施肥正交试验,探究了对刨花润楠土壤养分、微生物生物量及酶活性的影响。结果表明:相比不施肥对照组,各施肥组土壤中的有机质含量、全氮、磷、钾含量、微生物生物量含量以及酶活性均有不同程度的提高。氮肥、磷肥和钾肥在不同水平上对有机质含量、微生物生物量含量、酶活性均存在显著的影响效应。经隶属函数综合分析,氮磷钾配比N2P3K1时改善土壤养分状况,提高土壤肥力的效果最好。 Taking Machilus pauhoi forest as the research object,effects of fertilization on soil nutrient,microbial biomass and enzyme activity of M. pauhoi forest were studied by orthogonal experiment of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium. Results showed that compared with the non-fertilization control group,the organic matter content,total nitrogen content,total phosphorus content,total potassium content,microbial biomass content and enzyme activity of each fertilization group were improved to some extent. Different levels of nitrogen,phosphate and potassium fertilizers had significant effects on organic matter content and microbial biomass content,enzyme activity. Through the comprehensive analysis of the membership function,it showed that when the ratio of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium was N2P3K1,the soil nutrient condition and soil fertility could be improved well.
