摘要
该文探讨了一种适应于高水平应用型专业课程教学的新型课堂教学改革模式,该模式以优化课程教学内容为基础,以双主体教学理念为指导,以过程化考核机制为保障,以科学合理综合应用教学方法为辅助。应用新模式于生物技术专业核心课程发酵工程的教学中,取得了良好的教学效果。
This paper explores a new classroom teaching reform model that adapts to the teaching of high-level applied professional courses.This model is based on the optimization of the course teaching content,guided by the dual-subject teaching concept,Protected by a process-based assessment mechanism,and com?prehensive application of teaching methods as an aid.The new model has achieved good teaching results in the teaching and testing of the fermentation engineering of the core course of biotechnology.
