摘要
应用ANSYS谐响应仿真技术,对上肢康复机器人的振动检测工况进行数值仿真,进行整机结构的模态分析,获得整机结构的频率和振型。同时采用谐响应分析技术,模拟5~35Hz频率范围内的振动幅值。谐响应分析结果可以为上肢康复机器人的结构设计提供参考,避开共振点,减小振幅,进而实现结构优化。
The ANSYS harmonic response simulation technology was used for numerical simulation of the vibration detection condition of the upper limb rehabilitation robot, and for modal analysis of the complete machine in order to obtain the frequency and vibration mode of the complete machine structure. In the meantime, the harmonic response analysis technique was adopted to simulate the vibration amplitude value in the frequency range of 5~35 Hz. The harmonic response analysis results can provide reference for the structural design of the upper limb rehabilitation robot while avoiding the resonance point, reducing the amplitude, and achieving structural optimization.
