摘要
本文首次将制药厂常用柱式树脂填料吸附工艺与自动化数控技术相结合,创造性地微缩集成为单个马匹可穿戴移动吸附系统,开发出新型"孕马尿液收集及树脂柱自动化提取集成装置",用于孕马尿中结合雌激素的吸附提取。该装置改变了原有工厂的原料收购和生产模式,循环收购富集结合雌激素的树脂取代了集中收集大量马尿,既提高了起始原料的质量水平,又避免了集中大量马尿带来的环境污染,同时大大降低了牧民的劳动强度,还增加了运输便利性。该装置可以精准帮扶因交通不便而增收困难的牧民,其推广应用具备良好的经济效益和生态效益。
In this paper, a new single mare's wearable mobile Pregnant Mare's Urine (PMU) collecting and automatic resin column adsorption of Conjugated Estrogen(CE) integrated device has been developed, which creatively integrates the resin column adsorption process used in pharmaceutical industry with the automated numerical control technology into one mare. The device can be used for the extraction of CE from each mare's PMU. The device changed the general factory PMU acquisition and process mode which recycled acquisition of CE-enriched resin replaced the large amounts of PMU. This device not only improved the quality level of raw materials, but also avoided the environmental pollution caused by centralized large amounts of PMU in factory;greatly reduced the herdsmen's labor intensity since much more less resin quantity than PMU,so precisely increased herdsmen's Income who live in remote mountainous area, promotion and application have good social and economic benefits and environmental protection and ecological benefits.
