摘要
文章以首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院为例,对该医院34年发展历程中不同时期的战略管理实践和选择以及取得的实效进行了回顾和分析,在市场经济和改革开放背景下,医院采用差异化竞争战略取得跨越式发展的骄人成绩。在新一轮医改形势下医院不断优化战略管理,强化公益属性,持续推进学科建设,加强运营管理,以科学的绩效考核不断推动医院战略管理优化落地。
Taking Beijing Anzhen Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University as an example, this paper reviews and analyzes the strategic practice, selection and practical results of the hospital in different periods during its 34 years of development. Under the background of market economy and reform and opening up, the hospital has made remarkable achievements in leapfrog development by adopting differentiated competition strategy. In the new round of medical reform, the hospital continuously optimizes the strategic management, strengthens the public welfare attribute, continuously advances the discipline construction, strengthens the operation management, and continuously promotes the hospital strategic management optimization implementation with the scientific performance appraisal.
