摘要
采用抑菌圈法研究了不同浓度的月桂酰丙氨酸钠对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单单胞菌、大肠杆菌、酵母以及黑曲霉的抑菌性能。结果表明:月桂酰丙氨酸钠具有一定的抑菌能力,其抑菌能力与其浓度正相关;对黑曲霉菌、酵母菌以及金葡萄球菌的抑菌效果明显,对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌次之,对大肠杆菌没有抑菌效果。
The bacteriostatic properties of sodium lauryl alanine(SLA) was studied in this paper. The bacteriostatic circle method was used to study different concentrations of SLA against staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli, yeast and aspergillus niger. The results showed that SLA had bacteriostatic ability, which was positively correlated with its concentration. SLA had obvious antibacterial effect on aspergillus niger, yeasts and staphylococcus aureus. Its antibacterial effect on pseudomonas aeruginosa was not very good and showed no antibacterial effect on escherichia coli.
