摘要 传统的电力拖动采用继电器和接触器作为主要控制手段。但是,在电力行业迅速发展的过程中,PLC已成为替代传统继电控制系统的重要内容,在电力系统中发挥了关键作用,是现代化工业生产中的重要组成部分。PLC是可编程控制器,适用于多个工业环境,能有效提升控制效果,尤其是现场通信技术的运用,让PLC运用更加广泛。鉴于此,深入剖析了电力拖动一体化中PLC的运用,希望能为相关人员提供参考。 The relay and contactor are used as the main control means in traditional electric drive.However,in the process of rapid development of the power industry,PLC has become an important part of replacing the traditional relay control system,playing a key role in the power system,and is an important part of modern industrial production.PLC is a programmable controller,suitable for many industrial environments,can effectively improve the control effect,especially the application of field communication technology,so that the use of PLC is more extensive.In view of this,this paper deeply analyzed the application of PLC in the integration of electric drive,hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
