摘要
《医疗纠纷预防和处理条例》是我国专门针对医疗纠纷的预防和解决而颁布的,对医疗机构、患者、公安机关以及司法行政等定出了具体的行为准则,倡导以柔性方式解决医疗纠纷、保障医患双方的合法权益,是我国医疗卫生法治事业的一大进步。
The Regulations on the Prevention and Management of Medical Disputes is specially issued and implemented for the prevention and resolution of medical disputes in China, which puts forward specific codes of conduct for medical institutions, patients, public security organs and judicial administration,initiates resolving medical disputes in a flexible way and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients. It is a great progress of the medical and health legal cause in China.
