摘要
在980°C的熔融黄铜中对0.92%C钢丝(直径1.8 mm)热浸镀黄铜(45±5) s。对比了热浸镀黄铜钢丝和电镀黄铜钢丝的组成、微观组织和冷拉性能。结果表明,热浸镀黄铜层的厚度为3~5μm,以α相为主,呈均匀的伪共析珠光体,珠光体片层间距、抗拉强度幅差和断面收缩率幅差均小于电镀黄铜钢丝,冷拉性能也更优。对热浸镀黄铜钢丝进行24道次拉拔而获得的直径为0.3 mm的单丝具有镀层厚度均匀,力学性能、扭转性能稳定的优点,以其捻制的钢帘线粘合性能优异。
The0.92%C steel wire with a diameter of 1.8 mm was plated with brass by being dipped in molten brass at 980℃for 40-50 s.The composition,microstructure,and cold drawability of the hot-dip brass-plated steel wire were compared with the brass-electroplated one.The results showed that the hot-dip plated brass coating was 3-5μm thick and hads microstructure dominated withα-phase,and uniformly distributed with pseudo-eutectoid pearlite.The hot-dip brass-plated steel wire had lower interlamellar spacing of pearlite,less variation in tensile strength and sectional shrinkage,and better cold drawability as compared with the brass-electroplated one.The monofilament with a diameter of 0.3 mm obtained from the hot-dip brass-plated steel wire by a 24-pass drawing had uniform coating thickness and stable mechanical and torsional properties.The twisted steel cord obtained therewith showed excellent adhesion performance.
