摘要 随着我国对农业产业结构的优化调整以及我国水果种植业的迅速发展,果园机械的市场需求有所增加。为了解决广东省丘陵山区果园中果实采摘、果树修剪、运输等作业环节劳动强度大、机械设备少的问题,设计制造了一种升降式高空作业平台,该平台集水果采摘、运输、辅助果树修剪等功能于一体,具有操作简单、通过能力强、升降平稳、工作平台角度可调的优点。经验证,该平台适应广东省丘陵山区果园的生产,对于提升丘陵山区果园管理机械化水平具有重要意义。 With the optimization and adjustment of agricultural industry structure and the rapid development of fruit planting industry in China, the market demand of orchard machinery has been raised. In order to solve the problems of fruit picking, fruit tree pruning and transportation in Hilly and mountainous orchards in Guangdong Province, a lifting high-altitude operation platform was designed and manufactured, which integrates the functions of fruit picking, transportation and assistant fruit tree pruning. It has the advantages of simple operation, strong passing ability, stable lifting and adjustable working platform angle. It has been proved that the platform is suitable for the production of orchards in Hilly and mountainous areas of Guangdong Province, and has great significance for improving the mechanization level of orchard management in Hilly and mountainous areas.
