摘要
本文通过理论分析及试验验证对电容型电压传感装置中的高压电容器设计方案进行了阐述,对比了几种不同介质厚度薄膜在该结构中的试验数据,分析了几种不同串并联结构的优化数据差异,最终确定了该高压电容器的元件及整体结构设计方案。
In this paper,the design proposal of high voltage capacitor in the capacitor voltage sensing device is described by the theoretical analysis and test verification.The test data of film with several types of different medium thickness in the structure is compared,the optimization data difference with several types of serial and parallel structure is analyzed and finally the design proposal for the element and overall structure of the high voltage capacitor is defined.
