基于配电网节能降损协调优化的电压控制方法 被引量:22

摘要 本文协调配电网降损与用户节能对电压进行优化控制。根据负荷与网损的电压特性,研究通过电压优化控制实现用户节能与电网降损协调优化的可行性。在此基础上,综合考虑有载调压变压器、分布式电源和电容器组等调压设备的调节能力与代价,建立了基于配电网节能降损协调优化的电压控制模型。采用改进的粒子群优化算法进行求解,获得当前优化时段内各调压设备的最优调节容量。为了提高计算效率,研究了配电网的拓扑简化方法,以提高方法的实用性。最后用实际配网算例进行仿真计算,验证所提方法的可行性和有效性。 The loss reduction of distribution network is coordinated with the user’s energy saving for optimal control of voltage.The feasibility of optimizing the user’s energy saving and the loss reduction of grid is achieved by the voltage optimization in accordance with the voltage feature of load and gird loss.On this basis,the adjustment ability and cost of such voltage regulation equipment as on load tap changing transformer,distributed power supply and capacitor bank etc is considered comprehensively and the voltage control model based on energy saving and loss reduction coordination optimization of the distribution network is established.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted for calculation so to obtain the optimal regulation capacity of each voltage regulating equipment in the current optimization period.For improving the calculation efficiency,the simplified topological method of the distribution network is studied so to improve the practicability of the method.Finally,the simulation calculation is performed by the calculation of the real distribution network and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method proposed is verified.
