摘要
新乡贤是乡村振兴的重要力量。乡村社会在从传统向现代的转型过程中,出现了经济评价优于道德评价、政治权威强于道德权威、自我意识冲击道德共识的伦理困境,致使传统乡贤在乡村治理中的地位逐渐式微。新时代乡村治理应充分认识新乡贤在提升村民生活质量、助推乡村善治格局、凝聚村庄道德共识等方面的伦理价值,并通过追求乡村理性发展、推动村民自治制度、营造村庄新乡贤文化等途径,保障新乡贤伦理价值的发挥。
New county sage is the important force in the vitalization of the rural aeras.In the process of transforming rural society from traditional to modern,traditional county sages have gradually declined in rural governance due to the emergence of various ethical dilemmas that economic evaluation is superior to moral evaluation,political authority is stronger than moral authority,and self consciousness erodes moral consensus.In the new era,we should fully understand the ethical value of new county sage in improving the life quality of villagers,boosting the pattern of good governance in rural areas,and conforming rural moral consensus.To ensure the development of new-county-sage ethical values,we must pursue the rational development of rural areas,promote the system of villagers’ autonomy,and create the culture of new-county-sage virtue’s.
