摘要
光动力疗法(PDT)是一种新型的治疗恶性肿瘤和多种皮肤病的治疗方法,它是利用特定波长的激发光,激发进入人体的光敏剂,产生光化学反应,从而杀死细胞使其调亡。光动力疗法的三要素是:光,光敏剂,单线态氧。发展至今,人们从各种角度对光动力疗法进行研究,采用不同激发光进行治疗,研究不同的光敏剂等。光敏剂分为:第一代光敏剂,第二代光敏剂,第三代光敏剂和新型光敏剂,光敏剂的性质更加稳定,副作用更加的小。光动力疗法的疗效已经在临床上得到验证,其在治疗肿瘤和各种皮肤病方面显示出独特的优势。
Photodynamic therapy(PDT) is a new treatment for malignant tumors and a variety of skin diseases;it is the use of specific wavelength of light excitation, excitation into the body of photosensitizer, photochemical reaction, so as to kill the cell apoptosis. The three elements of photodynamic therapy are light,photosensitizer and singlet oxygen. Up to now, people have been studying photodynamic therapy from various angles, using different excitation light for treatment,and studying different photosensitizers. Photosensitizers can be divided into: the first generation of photosensitizers, the second generation of photosensitizers, the third generation of photosensitizers and new photosensitizers. Photosensitizers have more stable properties and fewer side effects. The efficacy of photodynamic therapy has been proved in clinical practice, which has shown unique advantages in the treatment of tumors and various skin diseases.
