摘要
对南疆核桃腐烂病的生物学特性和致病性进行研究,了解其生物学特性和致病性,为核桃腐烂病的防治措施提供一定的参考依据。从采集到核桃腐烂病斑上分离获得分离株,将分离株和柳树以及胡杨腐烂病接种到核桃、胡杨和柳树枝条上,观察枝条发病情况;将分离株置于不同温度、pH、不同光照条件以及不同碳氮源培养基上,观察培养性状。结果表明:分离株菌落生长的最适温度为28℃;最适pH值为5~6;最适光照条件为全光照条件;最适氮源和碳源是牛肉膏和麦芽糖;核桃腐烂病与柳树和胡杨腐烂病存在交互侵染。在防治核桃腐烂病时,兼防柳树和胡杨等防风林上的腐烂病;核桃腐烂病菌具有高效的碳氮营养代谢途径。
The objectives of this research were to study the biological characteristics and pathogenicity of Cytospora from walnut in South Xinjiang, and to provide valuable information for control countermeasures of walnut Canker. The samples were collected in South? ern Xinjiang and the isolated strains were isolated, from walnut Canke disease spot, walnut,Willow and Populous euphratica Canke were inoculated on its branches to observe the incidence;The isolates were studied for Biological Characteristics on the conditions of different temperatures, pHs, lights and carbon and nitrogen sources. The result showed that all the isolates grew well at 28 ℃ and full light;the optimum pH was5-6;the carbon source and nitrogen source were beef extract and maltose respectively;there was cross infection among Walnut Canke ,Willow Canke and Populous euphratica Canke.
